Congratulations! The
winners of the first annual O-36 Awards were announced Sunday
during an awards ceremony at the Loews Cineplex at Universal
City Walk. Several student teams were recognized, and one professional
team—Weekend Warrior Film—made a clean sweep of all
of the awards in the professional category. Professional
and student videos were judged separately, and the winners were
determined by the highest point total in each category. Winners
in the craft categories as well as the top categories--Best in
Show, Best Use of Genre, Best Use of Given Prop, and Best Use
of Given Dialogue—received prizes from several of the O-36
Sponsors. Here
